Services

Pronto Services LLC provides dumpster rental, waste removal, hauling, and related services. Service availability may vary by location and scheduling requirements.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate contact and billing information.
Ensure adequate access to the delivery location.
Comply with all applicable laws regarding waste disposal.
Not place prohibited materials in dumpsters.

Prohibited materials may include hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, tires, batteries, asbestos, and other restricted items.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms stated on invoices and service agreements. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Liability

Pronto Services LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from site conditions, underground utilities, improper loading, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Service Changes

Service schedules may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, equipment issues, or other operational factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pronto Services LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
